Presbyterian Homes invites you to participate in this event in several ways!

• Hole Sponsorship:
  • Platinum Sponsor $3,000 - 2 teams, hole sponsorship & advertising package
  • Gold Sponsor $2,000 - 1 team, hole sponsorship & advertising package
  • Silver Sponsor $1,000 - 1 team & advertising package
    **Bronze Sponsor $500 - Hole sponsorship & Advertising package
    **Hole Sponsor $175 - Sign at the Tee & banquet program listing
    **Advertising Package: Inclusion in newspaper, newsletter, Internet Ads, event program, day of event signage. Dealing for advertising package is Monday, June 1, 2009.
• Play in the Tournament:
  • This is the most enjoyable way to show your support for the tournament. The cost is $80.00 per person; $320 per team. This includes greens fees, cart, beverages on the course, lunch and dinner. No spot will be reserved until payment is received.

• Shot Gun Start: Noon
• Bag Lunch: Noon
• Cocktails: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Dinner: 6:00 PM
• Program, Prizes & Presentations: 7:00 PM
