Come on board and join Presbyterian Homes as we cruise to Canada during fall foliage season on the ultimate 10 day voyage. Our travel begins in Cape Liberty, New Jerysey (right across from New York City) and continues to Sydney, Nova Scotia, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, Quebec City, Quebec, Halifax, Nova Scotia before returning to Cape Liberty.

The Caring for Life fund serves the healthcare needs of our residents in assisted living who have exhausted their financial resources.
