Caring for Life Memorial
The caring people of Presbyterian Homes have brought comfort to many families and individuals. They understand the delicate nature of the services they provide. Presbyterian Homes is more than about caring for those who can no longer care for themselves. It is about a core set of values, compassion, respect, dignity and benevolence.
From the beginning, the Presbyterian Homes have made caring for the elderly a matter of human dignity. Since 1989, Presbyterian Homes has generously provided over 3 million dollars to meet assisted living benevolent care needs. As the number of elderly people in need increases, the necessary funding to cover the cost of providing their care increases also.
In 1998, the Presbyterian Homes established its visionary program, Caring for Life, The Campaign for Benevolent Care. This neighbor-helping-neighbor program ensures that all elderly residents of the region will receive Caring for Life when their own financial resources are exhausted.
Gifts, bequests, and other forms of charitable giving are always welcomed and appreciated to support our benevolent care fund.
With a Caring for Life memorial in the name of your loved one, your support for the Campaign for Benevolent Care at Presbyterian Homes will ensure all our families, friends and neighbors, as well as ourselves, will receive Caring for Life.
